Summary: Clean inside, fully equipped, comfortable. Air had to be kept pretty cold downstairs to make the upstairs tolerable. Deck unusable because of overgrown vines, bugs and vines growing up through the floorboards. Outside maintenance (lawn, garden beds, fence, back entrance, front entrance, gutters , trash can area need care and more detailed cleanup)Very quiet neighborhood and nice park across the street. Centrally located to area and freeways.
