This Magnificent 7000 SF, Air Conditioned, 10 year old Estate is in pristine condition. It is located on 4 acres of privacy and abuts 8 acres of open space. You can relax and enjoy your morning coffee looking out over your very own amenities of a 1st class resort! You have a hot tub, an over sized pool, a tennis court, a basketball area and a shuffleboard court to help you wile away your mornings or afternoons on Cape Cod. You can enjoy an outdoor fire at one of the 2 fire pits or relax by one of 3 fireplaces in the main house. The Tennis Court is Lighted for late night get togethers and great tennis matches. There is an outdoor shower and grilling area as well.
The Gourmet Kitchen leaves nothing to the imagination. It is large enough to fit your whole party in during family dinners. The 1st floor features an open floor plan with the kitchen opening into the dining area that opens into the 1st floor family room complete with a 70" TV with surround sound and an easy to use remote. The family room also contains a wood burning fireplace. Off of the family room is a large 3 season room with plenty of sunlight and cool breezes to enjoy great family breakfasts.
Also open to both the entry and the family room is a spectacular billiard room with comfy chairs and a 50" flat screen TV to catch the latest sporting events. Opening to the other side of the spectacular 2 story entry foyer is an additional sitting area with an on demand gas fireplace. This home could not be set up any better for entertaining. The whole house is also wired for sound with Sonos Sound systems. The 1st floor opens to the incredible back yard filled with amenities.
The Lower level features an incredible professionally built HOME THEATER. After a great day at the beach, you can relax watching 1 of hundreds of movies on the 12' screen with a wine fridge and popcorn maker located within the Theater. The Theater sound is governed by state of the art electronics and is easy to operate with 1 remote.
The Lower level also features a state of the art home fitness center. It includes 4 spin bikes, TRX, an eliptical trainer, a treadmill, a stair stepper, multiple free weights and benches, a Smith Rack and a commercial Hoist Multi Station Gym. There is also a 60" TV and numerous workout DVD's here as well. Lighting is Hue multi Color lighting to set the mood for massage or Yoga.
The Bedrooms are all located on the upper level. The Master Suite consists of a Main Bedroom with a King Size 4 poster bed opening to a private sitting room with 2 very comfortable Chaise Lounges. There is also a 60" TV with surround sound in this room as well for late night viewing. The Master Suite opens into a very large Master Bath with a 7' x 6' steam shower with 2 main heads, a rain head and a spray head. Taking a steam bath after an intense workout or a day at the beach revitalizes one for the evening ahead. There is also a 2 person whirlpool tub in the master bath.
There are 4 other Bedrooms sharing 2 baths on the upper level. All of the bedrooms are very large and comfortable. There is one additional King Size Bedroom 2 Queen Sized Bedrooms and another Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and a Twin Bed. There is also a loft with Twin over Double Bunk Bed.
In addition to all of the above amenities, the property comes with 3 kayaks, a surfboard and additional amenities. Boating and or fishing excursions, for an additional fee, can be arranged to the Caribbean-Like Sandy Neck sandbar or longer trips to Provincetown, Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. A Ski Boat and Jet Skis are also available amenities for additional fees.
