Our three-story, Bermuda Bay home is beautifully decorated, hardwood flooring and plantation shutters throughout, and outfitted to accommodate one or two families for a relaxing vacation. A total of 5 large bedrooms, 4.5 baths, on three levels sleep 16 with queen sleeper sofa, includes whole house WiFi and cable tv. The second floor main entrance is a balcony front porch with rocking chairs. An open floor-plan with vaulted ceiling provides a comfortable living area with sectional seating, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a balcony off the family room for outdoor dining with four cushioned chairs, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and laundry room. The ground floor has a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, shared bath, and screened porch with cushioned seating and cabana-style ceiling fan. A rear patio provides outdoor dining with six cushioned chairs and propane-gas grill. The garage game room provides recreational table tennis and air hockey table. Two golf cars, several bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels are provided for beach enjoyment. Winter Option: Contact owner. Available January - March quarterly rental.
