Summary: The evening manager ( large man) was so extremely rude and actually condescending as I had mistakenly made 2 reservations and his verbal attitude was short of appalling! In my personal opinion he needs to either be suspended or made to take a hospitality and learn the proper way to interact with customers! The only other issue is the “continental breakfast” as there wasn’t a thing except a bowl of cereal stale doughnuts and juice and yogurt… when every other continental breakfast at least has eggs , this past experience has soured my decision to stay unless said manager isn’t working, the other employees have been pleasant and very welcoming when I stay which is usually once a month and the rooms are always clean and comfortable and that I certainly appreciate.
