You'll be able to park two standard vehicles in the garage, or on the street in front of the home (free). The home is new construction (less than 10 years old), so you'll enjoy a wide open floor plan that is not typical for older homes in the area! The first floor space is open from the living room through to the dining room and kitchen. The first floor also has a 1/2 bathroom off the kitchen. Upstairs, enjoy a spacious primary bedroom (king bed with en suite bath). The other bedrooms have a queen bed and a full bed, and share a bathroom.
Kitchen: we've provided a stocked kitchen with most things that you should need for basic cooking. A drip coffee maker is available and we'll provide a grinder and some whole beans to get you started.
Bathrooms: 1/2 bath downstairs through the kitchen; primary (en suite) bathroom has a shower with glass doors; jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower if baths are needed!
Laundry: laundry is conveniently located on the second floor in a closet and will be available for guests to use.
Outdoor space: the first floor leads out to a relaxing private back patio, with a comfortable seating area with two outdoor couches.
Accessibility / Other Notes: There are a few stairs (3-5) required to get inside the house. We ask guests to assist with moving the trash and recycling bins from the garage to the alley for city pickup.
