This end unit Rocky Ridge ski lease condo is close to the lake view pool and other amenities. It is a comfortably decorated mountain getaway, very nicely decorated condo that has all that you need for a long winter stay. Upon entering you will find a half bathroom and a closet for your winter gear. Off to the side is the well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room with new granite countertops and farmhouse sink. From the kitchen, you enter the dining area with a wet bar. Separated from the dining is the living room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace in a rock surround. There are two sliding glass doors in the living and dining area that will take you out to the deck where you can enjoy the outdoors and views of Lake Tahoe. Up the stairs you find the first of the of three guest rooms, this room has two Twin beds. the next guest room is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The shared full bathroom is just down the hall. The third guest bedroom is next to the master and has a Queen size bed. The Master features a King size bed, private full bathroom, large flat screen Tv and small deck. There is Wifi. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
