This newly built home is the ultimate way to get away from NOVA + DC to spend the time with your friends and family.
About a 1 hour drive from the DC area + 10min from the national park.
It's an amazing location with an amazing view of Shenandoah River and the surrounding rolling hills.
Spend the weekend with friends and family or gather a few of your friends who are also "WFH" to relax during the week working remote in an amazing location close enough to DC.
The space
As you can see in the photos, this beautiful home is built on the side of a mountain! The benefits are you really feel like you're looking over into the Shenandoah river but guests should exercise caution when outside the home. Please do not attempt to trek down the mountain to reach the river as it is very steep and only for viewing from the home.
Guest access
Getting to the home is a bit of an adventure! You'll have to be careful traversing through as you're on the side of a mountain! Don't worry though as the roads are all newly paved.
-You will need a 4X4 when it SNOWS to get to this location! Otherwise, you should be just fine any other day. Our rear wheel drive sports cars have no issues with getting to the house !
