Located in Central Akron. You will love the quick interstate access to this massive 4 bedroom 1 bath home. It's location is unique in that we are 5 houses from the Towpath, Nature Center and Summit Lake. The home is in a up and coming area of Akron with video surveillance for your safety, its a busy area and known for its ease of access to everything Akron.

The home itself is a rehabilitation and you'll see the new blended in with the charming 1900s Style Colonial Home.
Please forgive some of our dust as we continue to update and upgrade this unique home. While charming, you may find that there are things that are a little quirky.
The house has a little slant to it, and we joke about it because there is nothing we can do to fix it and our engineer assured us its structurally sound. It has made the rehab challenging for our guys, but we love the location to all things Akron, and the fact that we can keep the budget friendly for large groups, being one of the largest short term rentals on the platform.

Firestone Stadium and Dr. Bob's Home are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Hunt Farm Visitor Center. Traveling with kids? 2 out of 5 houses in the neighborhood are pretty and have been renovated recently, whereas 3 out of 5 are clearly crowded with random junk outside (Including one of our neighbors). There are lot of multifamily and apartments so you can tell its rentals.
On the plus side we are truly minutes from downtown by car!
Car, Bike, Scooter, Motorcycle, Run! The towpath is literally at the end of our street and people love running and biking on it. We keep 2 bikes in the fenced in back yard for your use.
We allow a max of 16 people, you will be charged per person for additional guests over 8. And all guests, children and pets must be listed on the reservation accurately, even if they are not spending the night. We do allow pets, and there is a per/pet/trip fee.
