There are 5 exterior security cameras: 1 in the front yard pointing out to the front, 1 in backyard pointing out to the backyard, 1 by the gate pointing out the sideyard, 1 in the driveway pointing out the driveway, 1 by pool equipment facing the side. All are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor and it is located in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is monitoring noise decibels only and is not recording video or audio.
Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.
No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.
Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.
