Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living Room, Full Kitchen & Dining Room.
(4) beds sized appropriately for each bedroom, ranging from King to Full. More beds are available at the guest’s request.
Check-in: 3pm (if needed, we try to be flexible when possible)
Check-out: 11am
We offer in-person and virtual check-ins based on availability and our guest's preference.
Our pricing is established with the intent to provide the best value option for our guests; therefore, we have “optional” bed accommodations. This is established to offer a more personalized price based on each group's needs. Our standard is to prepare the 4 beds in each bedroom but we offer additional beds at cost.
The cost for each of the “optional” beds is $25, considering preparation and cleaning costs associated. More details can be reviewed in the house rules.

Cleanliness is a priority; therefore fresh towels and sheets/duvets during your visit are guaranteed (some may be brand new).

Parking: Street Parking in the front is always free and available. The driveway is an off-street parking option as well. It is a large driveway that can fit 2-3 cars, depending on the size.
Accessibility: 5 steps to enter the two level home w/ an unfinished basement.
Security: Outdoor Cameras Only and Alarm System that can be used during stays. We set up the same personalized code for the locks to the alarm.
Pets: Please ensure to include any pets in reservation.
Outdoor Space: Backyard & 2 Patio Areas
We are slowly but surely adding accommodations here.
Smoking: Outdoors only, as far away from home as possible, to give respect to our cleaners and guests after you.
