The Space:
Guests will enter though the front door using a digital keypad. Immediately inside the door is a staircase. Once you go upstairs, you will find yourself on the main floor of the home. Down the hallway to your left are two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
The first bedroom is generously sized and is fitted with a king bed. The second bedroom is a cozy space, it features a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower and tub combination.
As you head down the hallway, you will enter the living space. It is furnished with a queen sofa bed, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV. On the other side of the living space is the fully-equipped kitchen and dining space. Prepare and enjoy your favorite meal, essential cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are all provided!
If you continue up the second flight of stairs, you will find the second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. To your right is the third bedroom. It is a large space and has two full sized beds. To your right is the fourth bedroom with one full bed.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This home is conveniently located less than a mile from major grocery stores and restaurants. It has easy access to Interstate 71. It is less than 1 mile from The University of Cincinnati's campus, and less than 3 miles from Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
