Our North Beach Retreat is a relaxing 5-Bedroom (3 Units in 1) home, that is ideal for large or multiple families to have their own space and still be together. Peaceful courtyard, steps to a top 50 U.S. beach, gorgeous shoreline, running paths, & the Racine Zoo. Amazing playground (Kids Cove), famous Wind Point lighthouse, amazing farmers markets, and beautiful historic downtown Racine (2 min drive).
90 min from downtown Chicago & most of Chicagoland, 20 min to Kenosha, 35 min to Milwaukee.
The space
You will have the entire property to yourself. Enjoy the well-maintained garden and the rooftop patio. For larger gatherings, there are two adjoining dining rooms with seating for 14 and 6 (20 total), and a children's table available upon request for two. There are 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, and a dedicated workspace. You can access every part of the property without stepping outside.

There is room for 4 cars (2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage). There is plenty of parking in the lot behind the house (No parking in the lot when there is over 1" of snow expected or on July 3rd and 4th. The lot is the staging area for the Racine 4th of July Parade.)
