Welcome to 3635 Fenley Road in Cleveland Heights! This 4 bed, 2 bath fully furnished home featuring two first-floor beds and a first floor full bathroom, ideal for those who are visiting Cleveland Clinic or who prefer first floor accommodations.
The house is located on a very quiet street, mostly composed of families and retirees.
Hardwood floors throughout, big living room with couch and recliner chair, Smart TV with Roku hookup, and a lovely dining room that seats 6 people.
The kitchen is supplied with all cooking supplies, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and tea kettle. There's also high top seating area for 2 people.
There's a queen bed and full bed on the first floor along with a full bathroom (shower/tub combo).
The second floor has a king bed with huge closet space and a twin bed. There's a full bathroom with a standing shower.
The basement has a washer and dryer.
The backyard is completely fenced in. Nice wood deck area great for the summer!
Attached automatic garage. AC units set up during summer season. We handle the lawn care.
Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $400 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file.
Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info.
