Summary: The overall property was great. There was plenty of space for our group and the layout of the bedrooms made everyone feel spaced out. The house was well-appointed, with the exception of towels. There was only one towel per person made available. With the beach being one of the main activities, sometimes folks wanted to shower more than once/day. As a result, it was tough to ensure there were clean towels available. The only other piece to call out would be the availability of the amenities. We have been to Pointe West several times in the past when all of the amenities have been available- restaurant, workout room, game room. However, on this trip, none of them were, and this was not communicated to us prior to booking or arrival. It was not world ending, but definitely knocked some wind out of our sails as we had intended to use them. The office relayed that the restaurant should be opening in the next couple of weeks. I’m not sure about the other amenities. I would recommend asking about these things prior to booking if they are important to you.
