Summary: PERFECT location but honestly, not clean. We had to wash the dishes in the cabinets. They had grease and food on them. Our sheets and shower had hair on them. The sleeping situation was a little awkward as the loft was not private to the occupants below. Otherwise, great neighborhood and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch.
