Summary: Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay at the 2 adjacent properties. The great room area in the Grand House was wonderful as was the fantastic pool area. Our main issue was the uncomfortable dining in the Grand House – it could hold at most 10 people but it is a high top with uncomfortable bar stools. As the home has 8 bedrooms and can occupy lots of folks, I highly recommend a decent dining table with at least 10-12 comfortable chairs. In addition, I would purchase 2 tables for the sunroom overlooking the pool (the same height as the main dining table) that can be pushed together to accommodate another 8 people. I did ask the property manager if the Farmhouse dining table and chairs (which were very nice) could be swapped with the Grand House dining table and chairs but was told it could not be done at that time.
