We purchased this house in 2017 and we have been making renovations since then. My family started using/renting it June of 2018.
It’s in a great location- close to Riverbend, Belterra Raceway / Casino, Coney Island and about 25 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati- and it has an unbelievable view of the Ohio River- the pictures online don’t do it justice. It has 2 secluded acres and 100+ feet of water front on the Ohio River.
You get the entire house (upstairs & downstairs) with the rental, which is a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 separate kitchens and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a crib. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on bottom and twin on top.
My family and I enjoy fishing, boating, grilling out, and sitting around the bonfire. Keep your eyes open for bald eagles that live in the area. We have seen them in our own back yard! It’s a perfect property for those who enjoy the outdoors.
FYI: Our home is located on the Ohio River. There is no clear/flat path to get to the water. If you decide to go to the water, it would be at your own risk.
