Private 2 bd/1.5 bath in East Nashville mins to Five Point and Downtown. Live like a local in our vintage boho style home, wonderfully located between Shelby Bottoms Park and the amazing locally restaurants, cafes, and shops on Eastland Ave! Recently undergone a major flip, new hardwood, new kitchen, and a fresh coat of paint from floor to ceiling :) A short 11 minute drive to downtown. 5 min to tons of dining and local bars!
The Space:
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with lots of vintage vibes and bohemian chic goodness. Queen size bed in each bedroom and a queen air mattress for any extra guests (max 6 people allowed). AT&T cable and high-speed internet (WiFi). Plenty of parking in our private driveway - you can park up to 5 vehicles.
The neighborhood is awesome for those wanting to be close to local popular restaurants and cafes. It is within walking distance from Eastland Ave where you can find Rosepepper, Jeni's Ice Cream, Wild Cow, Five Daughter Bakery, Graze, Portland Coffee, Ugly Mug, and much more. There are many people walking around in, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a large park close by called Shelby Bottoms. Bring your workout gear if you want to jog around the neighborhood with other neighbors ;)
No pets allowed.

Being in East Nashville, there is a train that goes by close to the house so if you are a sensitive sleeper, you might want to look at our other properties :) [Just wanted to makes sure you are aware!]
