INDOOR LIVING:
Valhalla boasts an open concept main level with a den (with electric fireplace), eating area and kitchen, as well as a lounge to enjoy a cocktail in. There is also a fully heated/air conditioned sunroom with panoramic views that houses a new dining table for 6. Downstairs you will find another den (bedroom 4/den combo) and game room with two new "old-school" arcade games (Ms. Packman and NFL Blitz Legends) as well as foosball and board games.
KITCHEN:
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Viking pots and pans, plenty of plates, silverware and just about anything you may need to cook a fabulous meal. A new "drip style" and K-cup coffee maker and filters are provided. Salt, pepper, many spices, oil (vegetable & olive) are provided as well.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Valhalla has two wrap around decks offering lovely views. There is an outdoor table for dining that seats 4. A gas grill can be found on the main level deck. Cornhole boards are available for use as well as a large firepit with firewood at the end of the driveway. The hot tub is located off of the den/4th bedroom.
GENERAL:
Valhalla has central heating & air conditioning, keyless entry, washer & dryer with several complimentary Tide PODs with Downy, linens & towels, extra pillows and blankets can be found in closets, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers are located in each bathroom, trash bags and paper towels.
PARKING:
The large driveway offers parking for several vehicles. There is also room by the mailbox for Recreational Vehicle (RV) or boat & trailer parking (with power).
