Summary: Great location with easy access to anywhere on the Cape. The beach is very nice and the lake is a pleasant spot for kayaking. The biggest issue is that you spend your last morning doing laundry because the host requires you to wash the bedding and towels. I think most people would gladly pay a little extra to have that that done for them and spend that time enjoying the property .
