There’s a four passenger golf cart for your use. Wonderfully Landscaped with a beautiful waterfall just outside the lanai for a relaxed feeling as you take in the Florida sunshine. This home is decorated very nicely and gives you that comfortable home feeling! Over 36 executive golf courses, 13 Country Clubs with excellent food and golf, 85 plus pools, a dozen recreational centers that have to many activities to mention!
There is an additional flat charge of $150 per
guest over 2 people staying at anytime. Hi speed Internet and cable television! Complete with most all cooking utensils, spices, towel! Inside laundry. Outside gas grill.
The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs, which includes a Keurig coffee pot along way drip coffee pot. You are walking distance to the Mallory Country Club where you can enjoy they’re famous stone oven pizza and enjoy a libation. Madison Villa is the smallest Courtyard Villa community in the Villages, which affords you a low traffic area and a quite retreat that most people look for in a vacation rental. Summary: Very pleased with the Villa. Everything way very clean and in order. Very centrally located for activities. Golf cart was very handy to get around with. Enjoyed going to the squares at night. We will be back next year.
