Summary: Overall our stay was a good. After several days of searching for a place to stay, as my family prepared to visit Cleveland for the first time, we came across this place. Of course like many, we turned to the reviews. There were some issues early on, but Dedra responded immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Her communication and effort to quickly resolve issues, was comforting.The house itself felt safe and comfortable for my family. The neighborhood as well as neighbors were nice. The house was spacious. Everything was in close proximity of our destinations. Dedra was thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.Because of the initial challenges, I can’t give a full 5 stars, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — or at any property owned by Dedra. She truly cares about her guests and it showed. If you are looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend this place. I've never had a home owner communicate and be as helpful as Dedra.
