Cozy renovated ranch home. Brand new kitchen appliances, new bathroom, and homestyle living room with electric fireplace tv stand that holds a 55" smart tv. A large garage that can accommodate more overnight guests that don't mind camping style accommodations. Plenty of outside parking for extra cars, boat, motorcycle, small camper. The house is located in a business district so not in a residential area. There is a Chiropractor office on one side where he also resides and a Dentist office on the other. I do allow the ladies from the Dentist office to park out front as it provides an appearance of being occupied even when it is not. I've had one complaint in the 2 years that this was an issue. If you feel it would be an issue also I understand. The road that it is located on is a 4 lane road that can be busy at times with the associated noise. This has only been an issues with a couple guests throughout the many we have had.
