◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.
◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period.
