Positive: Everyone was super friendly from the person who checked me in to the housekeeping staff. I also had the pool area to myself, and I loved that. :)

Negative: The pool had some weird scummy stuff floating on it, so I had to grab a skimmer and clean it up myself before going in. Also, the hot tub had a bit of a funky smell, and the water was really sudsy when the jets came on. A central towel station, or more/ larger towels, would have been nice, too.

Summary: I loved the layout of the room, and the staff was fantastic.
