Bright and airy guest house, on 12 acres in Williamsport, Ohio. Access to golf simulator (during winter months) , pool, basketball court, and patio with fire pit. Crown Hill is a public golf course, which the guest house sits on the back 9. It is a short drive to Circleville, Chillicothe, WCH and Deer Creek!
The space
Open concept guest house 10 ft ceilings, golf course views with large open land offers a quiet but fun place to be in.
Guest access
Guest have access to everything that that guest house offers. Access to the pool, the pool house and golf simulator (during winter months Nov-March) back patio with grill, smoker, fire pit, swing and hammock
Other things to note
Guest can take an early evening leisure walk or brisk walk on the back 9 of the course. Property has access to the 10th green cart path and ends at the 18th green cart path that connect our driveway. Outdoor security cameras for safety.
