Summary: The room was ok. The hallway are deceiving and smell of heavy cigarette smoke in non-smoking areas. the room looks better than the hallway but I had no tissue in my room and there is no one available after 10pm or in the morning. The tub backs up while showering, which is a pet peeve for me. There are residents here that also needed help and couldn’t find anyone.
