A seasonal creek crosses our property, providing a relaxing spot for you among the trees. Hillside forest to hike and explore .Our secluded home is nestled in the North Bay neighborhood, just 5 minutes from restaurants & shops. A fun-filled game room is perfect for kids!

Relax in our newly decorated A-Frame cabin, where modern amenities will make your mountain getaway comfortable and entertaining. The breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows, open floorplan and soaring cathedral ceilings create a spacious and peaceful light-filled living space, allowing you to slow down and reconnect with nature. The main level includes a living room, dining area, fully stocked modern kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and private outdoor deck. This setup makes it incredibly enjoyable for families to watch TV, read a book next to a roaring fire, or simply enjoy a tasty homecooked meal together.
Upstairs the master bedroom offers vaulted ceilings, a private deck, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A small desk is perfect for catching up on emails. This makes it an ideal area to find some peace and privacy.
The level below is where you'll find the fun-filled game room, which includes a full size foosball table, retro arcade, TV and more -- a wonderful space for families with kids to hang out. And if you need to do laundry, a washer and dryer are located inside behind closed doors. This level is accessed by outdoor stairs which connect the upper and lower decks.
As you make your way past the game room, you'll find yet another private deck located right next to our seasonal creek, tucked away in the forest. From here, the kiddos can explore the shady area, while mom and dad relax on the deck chairs sipping whatever takes your fancy.

Guest access
A parking deck is located in front of the house, which has enough room for two cars only. You can park a third car behind the two cards on the deck. Please do not block our neighbors' driveways. A maximum of three cars are allowed.

As guests in our home, we ask that you follow our house rules. These do not only apply to our home, but also take into consideration our neighbors' privacy and the law itself.
NO NOISE OR PARTIES
Lake Arrowhead also has a strict noise restriction policy. And since this is not a party house, please respect our nearby neighbors.
NO PETS ALLOWED
While we love animals, we do want to be sensitive to guests who suffer from allergies. Please be respectful and follow our house rules.
WINTER ADVISORY
Expect snow and ice if you're staying with us during the Winter months. This can lead to power & Internet outages, dangerous driving conditions and possibly make it unsafe to walk around our property with decks and stairs covered in ice. We supply shovels and salt, but please bring chains for your vehicle's tires to ensure that you can access our home and drive safely. All-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.
THREE VEHICLE MAX
Please make sure your group arrives in no more than Three vehicles, as our parking space cannot accommodate more than that. No street parking is permitted.
Some Winter activities to consider:
• Go inner tubing at Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park!! They have runs kid-size and adult size!
• Go sledding close by at the San Bernardino Land Trust, aka The Will Able Memorial Trust (a big open area with a few slopes). Located on N Grass Valley Rd. When you see the golf course on your right, there’s a small parking lot on your left after the flag poles, with a sign for the land trust.
• Go sledding at Snow Valley Ski Resort. They sell lift tickets and sleds for around $30. Ride the lift up to the top and sled down.
• Go skiing or snowboarding at Snow Valley Ski Resort (30 minutes from the cabin in normal driving conditions)
• Make sure to visit Sky Park at Santa Village, where there are tons of activities for the kids.
