Newly constructed solar home (with quiet and seamless backup power) on the ME coast. 25 acres, secluded, peaceful wildlife area. House is 300' away from private pebble beach on property. Upstairs:3 BR (1 King & bunk beds, 1 Queen, 1 Full) & 1 full bath, 1st floor has bedroom (with Full size bed) well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, screened porch, open 'great room' with sleeper sofa, couch, large dining table, DIRECTV, HDTV. Sattelite WiFi, high thread count sheets.

Gourmet kitchen has everything a cook needs. Microwave, frig, toaster, gas range, blender, french press for coffee, lobster pot. Dinnerware, flatware, kitchen towels, pots & pans provided. Gas grill outdoors.

Summary: Our family just returned from 17 days on Cape Rosier and we are still glowing from our experience at David’s house. It’s an exceptionally special property with meticulous thought and detail poured in at every level. While we were happy exploring various hikes and swims across the Blue Hill Peninsula, we were also happy spending multiples days on the property swimming, paddle boarding, reading, napping and cooking. I’m grateful to David and family for sharing their home and property with us.
