HEATED SWIMMING POOL....Beautifully updated one bedroom home. Large kitchen work space. The home has a large bedroom and bathroom that are handicap accessible. There is a queen bed in the bedroom with extra sofa and Futon bed in the living room. This a duplex unit with other tenants next door. The Large rear yard and Pool/Hot Tub is shared space with the other unit.

We are SuperHosts on Airbnb, with over 400 reviews and a 4.95 star rating. We have now decided to list all our properties with VRBO also. We are excited to welcome new guests.

Internet and smart TV are provided no Cable. This space is NOT for 5 adults. It is set up suitable for a small family traveling together. Read the sleeping arrangement carefully.

This property sets on a very large lot with two connected rental units on it. Your unit consists of a large one bedroom home that is rented to you through VRBO. All the of this one bedroom home is private to you as the guest. There is one large bathroom and it is located INSIDE the large bedroom.

The large back yard, Pool, hot tub is a shared space with the other attached unit. Grounds keeping crews and pool cleaning crews also do have access to the rear yard and do come to perform their duties unannounced. As the yard is shared, and other guests are allowed to bring pets, you may encounter pets in the shared areas.

There is a very large rear yard. This is a great yard, with a nice new lawn, perfect for fun and games for the whole family. The Swimming Pool is open year round and heated to 75 in winter months. A new Hot Tub was just added Sept 1st 2020. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR HOT TUB; LARGE FINES FOR VIOLATIONS.

If you are NOT bringing a pet, we must be notified of this at booking. Though pets are allowed on this property, there are restrictions and additional pet fees. (no Cats allowed) Pets cannot be left unattended in the home for any period of time, unless in kennel. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, beds, bedding, towels blankets, etc. Pet hair is hard to remove and future guests will not want excess hair on the furniture. If extra time is required for cleaning hair from all the furniture and bedding, or any damage found, there will be a $100 minimum extra cleaning charge accessed to you, in addition to the Pet fee paid up front. We have tried to make this pet friendly, please be respectful of that. (Contact us concerning the pet fee) All pet poop in the yard must be picked up at the time of the poop event.

Absolutely No events or parties are allowed at this property. Only the guests registered with the host are allowed on this property, no visitors, no extra people, no exceptions. No one under 25 years of age is allowed to book this property. The number of people and the activities of guests are monitored by on-site owners or managers. We pride ourselves in providing a professional adult atmosphere for all; Nothing less is tolerated. We want it clear that we will know what is taking place and you will be removed immediately if rules are broken. If you are honest, responsible adults, you will understand our concerns and appreciate that we try to maintain a professional property; You have nothing to worry about and will enjoy a nice peaceful stay. Please note check in time is 4 PM, with check out promptly at 11AM.

Note: This is an outdoor pool and spa in the desert. There is no hotel staff here with 24/7 service for the pool. The pool is cleaned multiple times per week. We have large trees in the back yard and the wind blows dirt in the desert all the time. There can be debris in the pool 10 minutes after it has been cleaned, because of the wind. Though the water is always in chemical balance and clean, there often is leaves and other floating debris and sand from the wind in the bottom of the pool. This does not effect the use of the pool and we cannot send someone to clean at your request.

Summary: We stayed two nights at this comfortable well-equipped duplex. The fenced yard was great for our dogs & the carport was a nice amenity. The Popes have very clear instructions throughout the rental. We enjoyed the hot tub.
