The house is just a short walk to Narragansett Town Beach with great local restaurants and beach shops down the road, and across the street from an amazing playground for children. The 3 bedroom will comfortably sleep 6 and there is a sofa bed in the living room that will accommodate 2 more guests. The property itself has a large backyard, fire pit, and BBQ grill to host family & friends during your stay.
Whether your vacation is a getaway with a significant other, or a yearly tradition with family or friends, our home's location and local amenities will make for a great experience that you'll want to revisit each summer.

Summary: Pros- location, pet friendly, grill, tvCons- Old, dirty, couch does not open to a bed, no toilet paper, the rug in the bathroom was so dirty I had to buy something because I couldn’t put my feet on it. Same with the rug in the living room I bought down one from upstairs that was a little better. No broom or dustpan and brush to pick up all the sand from the beach so after the first day you have sand everywhere. No curtain or blinds on the sliding glass doors and the bathroom is right next to it so you better keep the door closed when you shower. I think with a little TLC it could be a nice place.
