Sitting high overlooking Lake George in northeast Indiana/ southern Michigan, the Sunset Haus is a fantastic family retreat. The house offers accommodations for 10 with a broad and unobstructed view of Lake George. Sit on the porch overlooking the lake or head down to the lakefront boathouse to take in all Lake George has to offer.

Enjoy Lake George from our private boathouse, aboard 2 kayaks available for your use, or bring your own boat. Swim right from the end of the dock in one of the clearest glacier formed lakes in Indiana! Enjoy cooking in the well outfitted kitchen, or relax in one of the 3 upstairs bedrooms or the basement bunkhouse. It's all yours at the Sunset Haus on Lake George.

Note: A public boat launch is available, and you can tie off a boat 19' or less to our dock in a designated area. Just bring your own ropes and buoys! Pontoon boats cannot be accommodated. Tying off is at your own risk, and may not obstruct our neighbors use of the shared dock.

Summary: Sunset Haus was amazing as always. This was our fourth time staying and enjoyed it as much as ever. Can't say enough about the addition of the steps to access the water. Chris and Becky were amazingly easy to deal with when we were able to schedule the family to get together later than usual. Already looking forward to next year!
