Four wheeling in the local Sierra canyons with magnificent views. There's hiking, mountain biking for miles. Great fishing within an hours drive, my husband is an avid fisherman and he can tell you about his hot spots. Deer hunters or other hunters, we are very close to d8, d9, and x10 zones. Take a day drive to Death Valley or up to the Giant Sequoias. The property is on a dirt road so you can take off with your motorcycles, mountain bikes, 4-Wheelers right from the property. Plenty of room to park trailers on property. Property has nice game room with pool table, darts, and blue tooth speakers that you can set up your phone to. Modular home is totally remodeled and everything is brand new! One queen bed in each of the two bedrooms and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Nice rock fire pit on site, bring the s'mores! Sweet star gazing deck for night time activities, looking at the millions of stars, watching the breathtaking sunsets, or day time to lay out and get some sun.
