Positive: The cottage was in a good location within walking distance of the shops, beach and restaurants, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we required. Parking was right outside the door.

Negative: We expected the location to be extremely quiet, but unfortunately there was a pizza bar across the road that had patrons sitting outside until well after 11pm. Not what we expected in such a small town. The outside of the cottage needed some attention. The front garden was overgrown with weeds and an empty pot full of dirt sat on the front step (presumably the plant had died??) The back courtyard also needed weeds and cobwebs removed. We had to remove cobwebs from the clothesline before we could use it. The half used packets of pasta and rice left in the cupboards by other occupants also needed to be removed. Not a good look.

Summary: Small changes needed.
