This home has 2 levels. The upper level is usually not utilized. The lower space is private with own entrance and parking area.
The home sleeps a total of five people and has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is a memory foam futon that sleeps one.
The house is situated on a ravine above the canal with steep slopes/ multi levels and may not be suitable for young children.The open concept is great for entertaining. A large kitchen with full sized appliances including dishwasher, retro red, white with chrome dining table and matching dinette set. An open living area with ping pong table and karaoke machine.
Guests have access to the entire bottom unit, porches, and canal. The grill and table w/fire pit (bottom deck). Propane and is an additional charge with advanced notice. A wood fire pit is in the side yard.
