Summary:
The Brick Road Townhouse has been updated throughout! Our 2 bedroom townhouse has all new appliances in the kitchen and furnishings. All bedrooms have extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. Furniture, fixtures, and bathroom are all also brand new. The townhouse is located in the heart of Olde Towne East next to many local restaurants and establishments. Our location offers convenient access to downtown, Convention Center, Short North, Nationwide Children's, and Expo Center!
The Space:
The first floor has living room, dining room, and a gorgeous remodeled kitchen with all the conveniences. The second floor has 1 bedroom a memory foam queen mattress, and one full bathroom. The third floor has a very spacious 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and queen size air mattress. Parking is not an issue at all as we have one off-street parking space next to the house and plenty of on street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is tucked away, in a quiet brick street in the Olde Towne East neighborhood. It is a quaint area, just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. There are lots of historic homes, and beautiful architecture. Our street is a very quiet street that is full of of lovely neighbors. This is not an area where loud noise is acceptable or tolerated by most of the residents. There are some properties in our area that have been revitalized, and some properties that are still under renovation. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, but we also understand that some guests may not feel as comfortable in a developing area such as ours. We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guests to our beautiful spot!
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and reservations for guests under 26 years old may not be honored in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community. If we are unable to host a reservation due to security and/or local laws, we will notify the guest shortly after booking their reservation. We will provide a full refund if a reservation is not able to be honored, as long as (if required) the guest may need to cancel the reservation in a timely manner to receive a full refund from the host.
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30 - 60 nights)
