This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker is a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
The space
This is a country setting - only a few miles to great eating places and downtown Cambridge with unique shops and Salt Fork State Park. There are two ponds with a pavilion and plenty of walking through fields and woods on the property. You have a private patio area with a hot tub and small fire pit.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to wander our property, there is a pavilion between the ponds, an ATV trail through woods and open fields to walk through. Our backyard has several swings that may be used although there is the possibility of our kids joining you there.
In consideration for being given access to our property, you release liability and waive your right to sue the Bunker House owners from any and all claims of injury, illness (including death) or economic loss that may arise from using said property.
