For our summer visitors you’ll have access to a private dock (shared with our other cabin) where you can take a turn around the lake on a paddleboard, a kayak or a peddle boat! Just want to relax? sit on the dock and enjoy the beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife. If you are in the mood for a hike, you’ve got your choice between Lone Pine State Park and Heron Park. Both are just minutes away with miles and miles of trails.
Downtown Kalispell is a quick 10-minute drive where you can stroll down Main Street and browse the many local boutiques, stop in an art gallery, stop by a local brewery, or enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants. If you’re looking to explore the area, Glacier National Park is less than an hour’s drive and is a must-see for anyone visiting the area (be sure to check for reservation information into the park!) Whitefish Mountain Resort is a bucket-list ski hill for powder enthusiasts as well as a great place to hike and mountain bike in the off season. With more than 3,000 acres you will never run out of trails or ski runs to explore! Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, is just 30 minutes away where you can enjoy water sports galore! The possibilities are endless!
The bunkhouse is stocked with all the necessities you need to enjoy a weekend or a week. Spend the night in and BBQ or make dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or just order in. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee outside on the deck and take in the crisp morning air. Have a fire and roast marshmallows and enjoy the night sky.
