Summary:
This urban townhome is renovated, clean, and affordable! Less than 10 min. from downtown, this townhome is in the South of Main neighborhood. Enjoy a brand new kitchen and bathroom. This small space is great for 1 - 4 people (though up to 6 can fit with the air mattress). We welcome all travelers to your home away from home, the City Townhouse.
The Space:
Our townhouse has a living room, dinning room, and kitchen on the main level. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Our space only has street parking available, but there is usually plenty available right out front. Our apartment is a great find for the price and is in a developing neighborhood. We have some great neighbors, and there are many positive things happening in the area. We have been in the area for years, and have seen the area improve a lot. If you are not comfortable in a developing area, please consider booking a different house.
The Neighborhood:
The South Of Main area is near Downtown, Children's Hospital, Olde Towne East, and German Village. We are a short drive to many great locations around the city, but there are not many within close walking distance. There is a Family Dollar store about a block from our house, and a great daytime sandwich shop, but our immediate area is one some people may not feel safe walking in at night. However, you could get to most top destinations in Columbus with less than $10 in an Uber.
Getting Around:
There is a public bus stop about a block from our house, and we usually have plenty of parking on our street in front of our house. Lyft and Uber are great in this area.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
