Positive: 1) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. 2) Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. 3) Great toiletries from Le Labo. 4) Convenient location in Georgetown. 5) The gym, pool, and hot tub were very nice.

Negative: 1) Our room on the 6th floor was very cold during the frigid DC winter. Even after asking the front desk/engineers to increase the temperature, the room never exceeded 67-68 degrees. 2) Although the front desk was responsive, I'm not sure about their competence. They misgendered my salutation on my invoice. This shouldn't happen for a Fairmont property. 3) I didn't like the attitude of the gym staff, simply for getting towels for my family. I don't like to be bothered needlessly by staff when trying to relax. 4) The housekeeper left chemical cleaners in our room. 5) Valet parking was $70 per night, more expensive than Manhattan!
