It is 2 levels, with the first level having a spacious living room and half bath, and the upstairs having 3 bedrooms and 4 queen size beds. It is a side-by-side duplex, but it has a cemented wall barrier so it is completely soundproof from the tenant next door. It also is newer construction with central AC/Heat, well-insulated windows, and newly remodeled throughout the inside with granite countertops, new flooring, and new furniture. It is furnished with 3 smart TV and fast internet for streaming. If you're looking for a clean, remodeled place that is centrally located to all of Akron's attractions this is the place!
