Enjoy a meal cooked in a high-end kitchen, and spend time together in the open dinning/living room. Upstairs you will find 2 ample bedrooms with a queen bed and a king bed, and a full bathroom that has an amazing shower! - On site parking for 1, and 1.5 bathrooms are bonus features here.
The Space:
Exquisitely renovated Merion Village duplex with 2 bed and 2 baths per side boasting all the latest styles and finishes. No expense has been spared with beautiful wood floors, high end kitchen finishes and all new appliances. Venturing up the hardwood stairs you are welcomed to 2 beautiful bedrooms each with generous amounts of closet space and a large bathroom with amazing tile work. Out back is off street parking, a large newly built deck and nice sized fenced in yard.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
