Summary:
The Top of Columbus is a four bedroom home has been updated throughout, with all new appliances in the kitchen and furnishings. All bedrooms have very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Furniture, fixtures, and bathroom are all also updated and designed with you in mind. The Top is located in the heart of Olde Towne East next to many local restaurants and establishments. Our location offers convenient access to downtown, Convention Center, Short North and Nationwide Children's.
The Space:
The first floor features a lovely living room with fireplace, a dining room with plenty of seating and a fireplace and a completed updated kitchen. There is a bathroom on the first floor as well. The second features three bedrooms and two baths. The third floor bedroom has a queen bed and futon. The fenced in backyard has a charming seating area and privacy for you to relax.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is tucked away on a quiet street in the Olde Towne East neighborhood. It is a quaint area, just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. There are lots of historic homes, and beautiful architecture. Our street is a very quiet street that is full of owner occupants and long term tenants. This is not an area where loud noise is acceptable or tolerated by the residents.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
