Summary: This was our first time renting and it was a great summer cottage. We were able to bring our dog and convenient to all the that the cape has to offer. It was in a quiet neighborhood and everyone we met was friendly. We were 2 adults and 1 child (teenager) along with a dog. The house does get a little small after awhile but was perfect for our beach getaway.
