Summary: Initially, we booked this property because we needed a place to stay that was in close proximity to Denison University. The location of the home met our needs beautifully. The driveway is narrow and steep, but easily traversed this time of year (August). The home itself needs some attention and deep cleaning. It is really unique and could be absolutely beautiful with some additional attention, cleaning and updates. Also of note, the spiral stairway to the third floor (where the bedrooms were located) is very steep and narrow so it may be challenging for some.
