Entering the home, the game room sits to your left and the fifth (downstairs) bedroom sits to your right. Straight ahead is the kitchen, living room and backyard patio access. The game room is very fun place to hang out! It s set up with a mounted 60 Smart TV for watching the game, a billiard table, a foosball table, an arcade game and even a bar! The arcade game is a Legends Ulitmate machine which has various games that guests can choose from. The bar area includes a beverage/wine fridge and a bartender kit to make the perfect cocktail!
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and hardwood floors. The dining table sits in between the kitchen and living room and seats up to 6 people. The living room has an ultra-comfortable sectional sofa w/ large ottoman and a fireplace TV stand w/ a 65" mounted Smart TV. The half bathroom and laundry room are located downstairs.
Upstairs houses the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms, along with the second bathroom. The 5th bedroom is located downstairs.
The master suite includes a king-size bed, 2 nightstands w/ 1 lamp, a dresser, 50" Smart TV, and 2 sitting chairs. The attached master bathroom includes a dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, private commode and walk-in closet. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have a queen-sized bed, 1 nightstand w/ lamp, and a dresser. The fourth bedroom has a mounted 40"S Smart TV, and it's own access to a private terrace which includes a bistro set and sun lounger that overlooks the backyard. The fifth bedroom is a bedroom/office combo and is located downstairs. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 1 nightstand w/ lamp, a desk & chair, and a mounted 40" TV.

~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 5 bedroom has a $275 utility allowance per 30 days ($9.17 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $275 utility cap. Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
