Welcome to Waterside Retreat! Relax with your family at this peaceful location, or bring fishing buddies! It is in a great community on the canal with access to the Portage River/Lake Erie. Ideal for fisherman, boaters, birdwatchers. Includes room to park trailer/boat, private dock access, large deck, plenty of room in the yard to enjoy, large yard, free parking on site. Full kitchen, laundry, and two full baths. There are yard games, a grill, and patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. There are three kayaks available for your use. Our property has two private docs. You are free to sit out there or fish out there but you cannot dock your boat there due to HOA restrictions.
