Located directly across the street from Lake Erie! Enjoy the amazing view from the large front porch that features both a sitting and dining area. Once entering the ranch style home you are welcomed by timeless charm with all the modern amenities. The living room features a large sectional couch and 2 chairs. Kick back relax and enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace. Large dining room separates the living room from the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all your favorite meals. The kitchen also has another table with seating for 2. The main bed room features a large king bed, 2 nightstands and 2 chairs. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds and a nightstand. Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers and racks. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart TV's. The home has a workspace, high speed internet, a record player and bluetooth speaker.
