Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The space was awesome. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: This is a shared split-level property, with the main level and the basement rented separately. My main concern is that this is not clearly communicated to potential guests, which makes it difficult for them to make a fully informed decision before booking. Additionally, the home is on well water, and the sulfur smell was quite strong, making showers less refreshing and causing the odor to linger afterward. We also noticed that cooking smells from the basement traveled throughout the house. At night, noise from the basement tenants carried upstairs, which made it difficult to fall asleep until late. For guests who are not bothered by these factors, this can be a great place to stay. I would also note that there is only one TV in a fairly large house, which may be something families with children will want to consider.

Summary: Not my best stay. Could be better. If they update concerns.
