Three bedroom and 2 Full bath home in a unique location. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room located on first floor, along with a spacious and comfortable living area with ROKU TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs, with each bedroom fully-carpeted and equipped with ROKU TVs. Master bedroom suite has adjoining full master bath.
The guest access is at the rear of the home on the back deck. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The garage is being used as an office and cannot be used by guests.
The guest will solely have access to the entire home. The car lot uses the basement and garage to conduct business, which is fully blocked off from the home.
You will rarely see us, but if you need us- we are nearby!
This home is not located in a traditional neighborhood, but rather a corner lot, which is next a major throughway.
You will need a car or ride share service to get around town. This home is conveniently located between the major cities of Cincinnati and Dayton. Tons of great restaurants, shopping, and local breweries to explore!
This home is located on a very low-activity car lot. No one else has access to the home, but the guest.
